Logical Progression, a leading developer of tablet charting and visitor management solutions, seeks a talented UI/UX Graphics Designer to join our team. This individual would be primarily responsible for creating simple, intuitive and elegant user interface designs for our tablet and web applications. Be a part of a team that is working to revolutionize the healthcare/clinical and visitor management industries.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and communicate a UI design and strategy
• Lead the UI design process by driving decisions regarding UI standards, usability and consistency
• Develop a consistent brand and look/feel across our client and web applications
• Work closely with clients to understand workflow/needs and conduct usability studies
• Utilize .NET 3.5 and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)/Silverlight/ASP.NET technology to develop rich content
• Work closely with Development to implement the designs
• Assist with other design needs such as web content, splash screens, graphics and icons

• Human Factors or Human Computer Interaction background
• Must have commercial software development and UI design experience
• Tablet PC and WPF/Silverlight experience highly desirable
• Agile Methodology
• Proven ability to meet established deadlines and work independently
